Reflective Elegance Return and Refund Policy
Effective Date: 2 April 2024
At Reflective Elegance, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our luxury mirrors. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your mirror, we offer a 14-day return and refund policy, applicable only if the item is damaged upon arrival.
Damaged Items:
If your mirror arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at mirrors@reflectiveelegance.co.za to report the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. In the event of damage during shipping, we may require photographic evidence of the damage to process your refund or replacement.
Refund Process:
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned mirror, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider's policies.
Non-Refundable Items:
Please note that only damaged items are eligible for return and refund, including custom-made mirrors or mirrors that have been altered or modified in any way.
Shipping Costs:
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your mirror. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
